BIOHERITAGE contributes to the protection of indigenous livestock breeds as crucial parts of our protected natural areas. In this sense, BIOHERITAGE provides management tools for natural areas. Furthermore, it promotes tourism focused on indigenous breeds through promotional strategies for natural parks. In another hand, it boosts the trade in indigenous breeds products through the gourmet production’s promotion and the dissemination of prototypes based on successful products.
