Five action plans will be produced jointly, one for each area of action. The action plans will translate the jointly developed strategy into concrete actions. They shall describe in detail the actions necessary to achieve the objectives pursued by the project and the long-term strategy, indicating the timing, actions, responsibilities, tasks of the partners and the means. The action plans must be jointly developed by the partners and finalised before the end of the project. They shall be adopted for implementation by at least one organisation from each participating country within one year of completion.
