The project aims to demonstrate the feasibility of low-cost wireless sensor networks (WSN) for their application in surveillance and early warning systems for wildfires. An initiative that will benefit municipalities, landowners and users, SMEs, young people, and the general population of the rural Sudoe territory (Spain, mainland Portugal, Andorra, and southern France). Funded by the Interreg Sudoe program of the European Union (which supports cooperation between the regions of southwestern Europe).
