The European project HENKO NET, co-financed by the Interreg Sudoe programme of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), is organising the Bilbao 2025 Workshop, aimed at exploring different innovative proposals for palliative care at home, from a community perspective.
Under the name “Innovation in palliative care in the community, digital tools for a comprehensive approach to needs, the workshop will explore how digital tools can improve palliative care practices in the community.
The conference will be held in person, from 9:00 to 17:30, in the Auditorium of the General Assembly of Bizkaia (Hurtado de Amézaga 6, Bilbao) with online access.
There will be simultaneous translation in Spanish and English, guaranteeing accessibility for all international collaborators.
It will be a day for:
- Exchange knowledge and experiences between people, relatives, professionals and students involved in palliative care.
- Reflect on how we can leverage digital technology and AI in our commitments to compassionate and quality palliative care.
- To address from a community and holistic perspective the needs of individuals and families receiving palliative care and to present some proven digital and technological tools.
