The conference ‘Circular Water Economy. Use of Regenerated Water in Agriculture’ organised by AMAYA – Andalusian Agency for the Environment and Water, beneficiary of I-ReWater, will be part of the parallel events of EU Green Week 2025. The event will take place on 24 June from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
This conference will focus on raising awareness of the viability of using reclaimed water in irrigated agriculture, and will address key issues such as the legal context in Spain and Andalusia, the challenges for farmers and the opportunities for new projects such as I-ReWater for sustainable water resource management in irrigated agriculture in the SUDOE area.

European Green Week 2025 will take place from 3 to 5 June 2025 in Brussels (Belgium) and the programme of parallel events will run until the end of the month.
