From 1 to 4 July 2025, the sixth working meeting of the Cultur-Monts consortium will take place in La Cerdanya (Eastern Pyrenees, Catalonia).
The aim of the meeting is to get to know in detail the characteristics of the mountain cultural landscape of this sector of the Pyrenean pilot window, complementary to the Ripollés area. A drier mountain territory, where agriculture and livestock farming coexisted until the 20th century, which has an important historical and archaeological heritage, headed by the Roman city of Iulia Libica (now Llívia).
The programme of the conference focuses on the methodologies of heritage valorisation, the creative and artistic languages in the processes of knowledge transfer and the participation of local agents (social, cultural, political and economic) in all these processes.
