This deliverable is tied to Activity 3.2 and Deliverable 3.2.1. Its primary goal is to ensure that the policy guidelines presented in the White Paper for improving public policies are supported by concrete, understandable, and directly applicable technical information. This will facilitate their integration into River Basin Management Plans during the fourth implementation cycle of the Water Framework Directive.
Given that the project proposes three types of solutions integrated into a hierarchically structured system, the plan will be designed in a unified manner. The beneficiaries responsible for development and pilot testing will collaborate to draft a detailed action plan. This plan will reflect the results of the pilot tests and outline the roadmap for implementing the solution.
Therefore, the main recipients of this deliverable are the entities involved in managing water bodies potentially affected by cyanobacterial blooms, as mentioned in the last paragraph of Activity 3.1.
