Co-creation and Implementation Strategy for Personalized Agricultural Technology Solutions
The strategy is embodied in the co-creation and implementation model for personalized agricultural technology solutions based on digital twins. These solutions aim to transform traditional agricultural practices into the concept of Agriculture 5.0, with the goal of advancing sustainability and circularity. This generic strategy comprises several specific strategies, detailed below:
Consortium Creation Strategy: An action plan that enables the formation of participant groupings within the transnational Living-Lab. These groups will be organized based on common technological needs, but can be of different natures (companies, associations, cooperatives, entrepreneurs, etc.).
Co-creation Strategy: This strategy is based on initial training actions concerning Agriculture 5.0 technologies, followed by workshops and participant engagement to create personalized solutions using digital twins. These sessions will leverage the services of the transnational Living-Lab at each of its nodes to develop specific technologies, which will then be integrated into a single digital twin modeling the entire robotic agricultural operation. Through simulation methodologies, improvements will be identified, and risks, as well as environmental impact, will be reduced. This results in a platform for testing and adjusting technologies before their physical implementation, thereby reducing costs and improving precision.
Access to Financial Resources Strategy: Actions to be undertaken for identifying funding opportunities based on identified technological needs and created consortia. These are complemented by personalized advisory strategies to provide the target audience with specific guidance on how to prepare successful applications for regional, national, or European funds and to provide support until submission.
