AGRITECH will develop a common strategy to drive the digital transition of small agricultural enterprises. This Strategy will include the application of the “AgriDemoLab” methodology, based on a personalized approach for each farm, whose key characteristics are:
(1) identification of the specific needs of each small agricultural enterprise,
(2) personalized support, and
(3) peer-to-peer transfer of successful implementations.
For the definition of the Strategy, the Diagnosis of the Digitalization Situation in the different participating territories and the lessons learned from the pilot actions applying the methodology in various agricultural territories and subsectors of the SUDOE will be taken as a starting point.
In order for the Strategy to be adopted in the participating territories, work will be carried out with regional stakeholders to elaborate the corresponding “Territorial Action Plans,” which will involve the adaptation and practical application of the Strategy to a territory and to one or several agricultural subsectors. Efforts will be made to ensure that before the end of the project, there is a commitment for at least one of these “Territorial Action Plans” to be launched in a territory.
