This project’s global strategy will propose recommendations at various governance levels: European, national, regional, and local. It will focus on the employability of young people in rural areas and their socio-professional integration. Recommendations will specifically target public policies and institutional actors, emphasizing social innovation and a transnational approach to address the challenges of the rural labor market.
At the European level, recommendations could focus, for example, on the synergy between rural development policies, social inclusion policies, and the social economy, while integrating nature sports and continuous training.
At the national and regional level, they could focus on coordinating local development actors (local authorities, associations, businesses) to ensure better integration of young people.
At the local level, the objective will be to support practical training and integration initiatives, focusing on local economic actors, especially in the areas of tourism, sports, and social enterprises.
