SUDOE Heritage Identity Valorization Strategy
This Strategy for the Valorization of Heritage Identity in SUDOE territories is aimed at Public Authorities and is based on the implementation of Heritage Schemes and Heritage Identity Training.
It constitutes a COMMON METHODOLOGY with the specific objectives of:
Valorizing Territorial Heritage.
Strengthening the Identity of the territories.
Facilitating the transmission and appropriation of Heritage to different audiences.
Supporting sustainable revitalization and promotion of the territories.
It is composed of:
A) STRATEGIC AND METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK: To define a territorial strategy for valorizing “territorial capital.”
B) TERRITORIAL HERITAGE VALORIZATION PLAN: To develop Heritage Schemes and carry out a process of territorial heritage valorization.
C) HERITAGE IDENTITY TRAINING PLAN: To develop Training and/or Awareness Actions and implement heritage identity training.
The Strategy is usable by any other similar territory in the SUDOE area, and adaptable to its reality, to define its medium or long-term territorial strategy, establish its own territorial objectives, and define its lines of action.
Available in the three languages of the Program (French, Spanish, and Portuguese), it will be widely disseminated.
