Action Plan for the Deployment of the Participatory Methodology
The action plan for the deployment of the participatory methodology will be an operational document that facilitates the application of the strategy in each of the territories participating in the project.
It will define the specific steps and resources to be followed for the implementation of the node collaboration methodology, as well as for the development of cultural actions and the definition of tourism products that will allow the methodology to be tested.
The definition of the action plan will involve relevant stakeholders in each territory and local communities. To this end, the strategy document will serve as the development framework, and a series of sessions will be organized with partners, associated entities, and other relevant stakeholders in each territory, which will develop the aforementioned points:

Actions for the implementation of cultural pilots
Actions for the definition of tourism products
Knowledge extraction actions
For these actions, and respecting the predetermined aspects of the project, the plan will identify responsible parties, participants, actions, necessary resources, timeline, expected results, and sustainability aspects.
The action plan will be a single document that will group specific action plans defined for each territory, allowing for joint monitoring of the actions developed by the project across all territories. To achieve this, partners will work from common work templates that will be provided by the WG leader and the project coordinator.
