ResilientES Project | Leaders Seminars of the Mancomunidad de Municipios Sostenibles de Cantabria

On the February 3rd, 2026, the Association of Sustainable Municipalities of Cantabria held a seminar for key leaders from its region.

During the seminar, the project and its activities were presented, with particular emphasis on the first activity, the "Territorial Stakeholder Map." The leaders presented at the seminar positively validated the initial mapping of the Territorial Stakeholder Map, deeming it coherent and aligned with the reality of the territorial ecosystem of the Association of Sustainable Municipalities of Cantabria.

The seminar confirmed the suitability of the proposed structure, opportunities for improvement were identified through the targeted inclusion of new stakeholders and it was made some minor adjustments to the classification of certain entities within the corresponding helix. Participants contributed to strengthening, refining, and expanding the stakeholder mapping, incorporating new perspectives and relevant elements.

The exchange of viewpoints allowed for the completion of relationships, the identification of complementary actors, and a deeper understanding of existing dynamics, consolidating mapping as a shared and representative tool of the social economy ecosystem.
