The EVA+ project consortium met on 27 and 28 May 2026 at the Advanced Studies Centre of the University of Santiago de Compostela, in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia, Spain), for another coordination meeting dedicated to consolidating ongoing work and preparing the next phases of the project.
27 May – presentation of results and review of co-creation workshops
The first day focused on presenting the progress of Working Group 1 (WG1), sharing regional diagnostics on green entrepreneurship in the forestry and agroforestry sectors across the seven involved regions: Galicia, Castilla-La Mancha, Huelva, Northern Portugal, Alentejo, Auvergne and Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
The main conclusions regarding the inventory, stakeholders and identified good practices were presented, with contributions from the different partner organisations.
This was followed by a review of the co-creation workshops carried out in the pilot regions — Castilla-La Mancha, Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Northern Portugal — presenting key results and lessons learned in the field.
The day concluded with the presentation and consolidation of the results of the third co-creation workshop, involving stakeholders from the three partner countries, strengthening the transnational dimension of the project and the joint development of solutions for green entrepreneurship.
28 May – Living Labs and preparation of WG2
The second day of work began with the opening session led by Francisco Cébrian (University of Castilla-La Mancha), coordinator of WG1.
The first part focused on the preparation of the EVA+ Living Labs, with an emphasis on methodological alignment across the three pilot regions. The session included a contribution from Virginie Noireaux (Clermont Auvergne University), who supported the technical and conceptual alignment of the approach to be implemented.
Next, an update on the regional Living Labs was presented, reviewing ongoing activities and defining next steps.
After the break, work continued on the preparation of WG2 – Transnational School for Entrepreneur Training, moderated by Rita Moreira (CEER Foundation), with a contribution from Carmen Orgeira Naya, Deputy Director General for Qualifications and Skills for Employment at the Xunta de Galicia and WG2 coordinator.
This session enabled progress in defining the strategic lines of entrepreneur training within the transnational framework of the project.
The meeting concluded with a closing and farewell session, reaffirming the partners’ commitment to implementing the next stages of the EVA+ project.
