The authorities of the Interreg Sudoe programme are organising two pitching webinars to help organisations meet, introduce themselves and facilitate the preparation of applications for the call for structural projects.

How to participate in the webinars?
If you wish to give a pitch
A pitching form is available to help you prepare your presentation. You must complete this document (only available in ES, FR and PT) and send it back to the Joint Secretariat by 18:00 on 7 July 2026 at the latest, to the address scsudoe@interreg-sudoe.eu.
If you wish to attend the pitches
No problem, you are more than welcome! To do so, you simply need to register using the form and we will send you the Zoom link for the webinar the day before it takes place.
Organisation of the “MATCH SUDOE” sessions
- Objetive
The purpose of these two sessions is to foster the emergence of structural projects by connecting organisation with needs, project ideas or thematic expertise within the framework of the 4th Interreg Sudoe call for projects.
- Languages
Pitches can be delivered in Spanish, French or Portuguese. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in these three languages.
- Who cans give a pitch
Pitch proposals that meet one of the following situations will be accepted:
- Any organisation wishing to present a need identified in the theme and falling within the scope of the subjects listed in Annex 1 of the call for projects text (“focus group” notes on “wildfires” and “ageing”)
- Any organisation wishing to present a structural project idea
- Any organisation wishing to offer their skills with a view to joining a partnership
Proposals from the following entities will not be accepted:
- Companies offering a technical solution
- Consultancy firms involved in project setup
- Pitch format
The pitch duration is a maximum of 5 minutes. The organisers reserve the right to interrupt the presentation if it exceeds the allotted time.
A pitching form is required as it will subsequently be made available on the Interreg Sudoe programme website.
The order of appearance is determined by the type of presentation and will be communicated to all speakers the day before the session.
- Application
Submitting the completed pitching form is mandatory to apply. The Joint Secretariat reserves the right to refuse any application that does not correspond to the criteria defined in “Who can pitch”.
Confirmation of participation will be sent by the Joint Secretariat as soon as possible after submission of the form.
- Recording and dissemintation
Sessions are recorded. By submitting a pitching form, speakers consent to the recording of their pitch and its subsequent dissemination.
Video recordings and pitch presentations are published after the event on the Interreg Sudoe programme website.
