This initial deployment serves as a work base to test the different processes of data acquisition, model capacity, simulation of polluting processes, etc. Once the prototype phase is completed, the deployment in the pool of the Institute of Thermalism of the Univ de Bordeaux will be the first pilot.
Implantación de 3 demostradores de robots colaborativos en un entorno productivo real centrados en 3 sectores diferentes de alta representatividad e impacto económico en el espacio SUDOE (cárnico, frutícola y plásticos) y 3 living labs para la integración y demostración de los resultados alcanzados en el marco del proyecto al tejido empresarial y otras entidades interesadas en implantar las soluciones desarrolladas, o equivalentes, en sus procesos productivos.
After the deployment and commissioning of the monitoring and control system, the locations/balconies will become the pilots of the project, where the data captured by the thermal water quality control system will be collected and analysed. These pilots will allow to evaluate the effectiveness of the system in real time and its ability to guarantee water quality in various thermal environments. The results obtained from these pilots will provide nexcessary information for the future implementation of the system in other spas within the Interreg SUDOE territory. Este despliegue inicial sirve como base de trabajo para testar los diferentes procesos de adquisociòn de datos, capacidad del modelo, simulación de procesos contaminantes, etc. Una vez finalizada la fase prototipo, el despliegue en la piscina del Instituto de Termalismo de la Univ de Bordeaux será el primer piloto.
Two pilot actions will be developed and will contribute to the output indicator RCO84. The pilot actions are characterised by their cross-border and cooperative nature between the beneficiaries and the associated partners of the project and aim to implement the results of the study and scientific analysis activities of WG1 and WG2. The first pilot action aims to study the transferability of bio-products validated in the previous activities through the industrial incorporation and marketing of stabilised functional ingredients developed from agroforestry residual biomass. A value chain will be developed between the partners INGREDALIA, TAGUS Valey and ARGAL that will be based on the results of the GT1 and that will result in the testing and possible commercialisation of new sausages with biofunctional ingredients. The second pilot action seeks to replicate a transnational biorefinery process in the agroforestry sector that can be transferred to other entities in the cooperation space. The value chain will consist of the associated partners Alliance Forêts-Bois, Sogibois, FBS, TMAD and ENCE, who will provide the raw materials and partners INPT, INRAE, UVIGO, UMINHO, CETIM and BLC3 Evolution, who will take on the transformation and conversion. The efficiency and feasibility of this process will be analysed in order to study its possible continuity and replicability after the completion of the project. The achievements and results of these actions will in turn feed transnational strategies and provide consortium partners with very useful practical experience to ensure the transfer of validated by-products and processes.
Tras el despliegue y puesta en marcha del sistema de monitorización y control, las ubicaciones/balnearios se convertirán en los pilotos del proyecto, donde se recopilarán y analizarán los datos capturados por el sistema de control de calidad de las aguas termales. Estos pilotos permitirán evaluar la efectividad del sistema en tiempo real y su capacidad para garantizar la calidad del agua en diversos entornos termales. Los resultados obtenidos de estos pilotos proporcionarán información nexcesaria para la futura implementación del sistema en otros balnearios dentro del territorio Interreg SUDOE. Two main pilots will be developed. The first will consist of a demonstrator of the technologies developed in GT1, focused on the automatic detection of damage and defects in the products and materials selected in GT3. This global demonstrator will also integrate advances from all the GTs. Additionally, a collaborative video will be created to present the project’s results, highlighting this pilot and encouraging its adoption by the industry.
Se desarrollarán dos acciones piloto que contribuirán al indicador de realización RCO84. Las acciones piloto se caracterizan por su carácter transfronterizo y de cooperación entre los beneficiarios y los socios asociados del proyecto y pretenden poner en práctica los resultados de las actividades de estudio y análisis científico de los GT1 y GT2. La primera acción piloto pretende estudiar la transferencia de la aplicabilidad de los bioproductos validados en las anteriores actividades mediante la incorporación industrial y la comercialización de los ingredientes funcionales estabilizados desarrollados a partir de biomasas residuales agroforestales. Se desarrollará una cadena de valor entre los socios INGREDALIA, TAGUS VALEY y ARGAL que se basarán en los resultados del GT1 y que resultarán en el testeo y posible comercialización de nuevos embutidos con ingredientes biofuncionales. La segunda acción piloto busca replicar un proceso de biorrefinería transnacional en el sector agroforestal que pueda ser transferido a otras entidades del espacio de cooperación. La cadena de valor estará conformada por los socios asociados Alliance Forêts-Bois, Sogibois, FBS, TMAD y ENCE, que proveerán las materias primas y los socios INPT, INRAE, UVIGO, UMINHO, CETIM y BLC3 Evolution, que asumirán la transformación y reconversión. La eficiencia y viabilidad de este proceso serán analizadas con el fin de estudiar su posible continuidad y replicabilidad tras la finalización del proyecto. Los logros y resultados de estas acciones alimentarán a su vez las estrategias transnacionales y dotarán a los socios del consorcio de una experiencia práctica muy útil para garantizar la transferencia de los subproductos y procesos validados.
Demonstrator of different technologies developed in this GT, applied to a specific case of remanufacturing or support for it, with a particular type of product. This demonstrator will have at least one robot, with access to a workspace, and a sensor system according to the specifications obtained from the activities of this GT. As input to the demonstrator, the damage or defect detection system developed in GT1 will be included.
Se desarrollarán dos pilotos principales. El primero consistirá en un demostrador de las tecnologías desarrolladas en GT1, enfocado en la detección automática de daños y defectos en los productos y materiales seleccionados en GT3. Este demostrador global también integrará avances de todos los GTs. Además, se elaborará un video colaborativo para presentar los resultados del proyecto, destacando este piloto y fomentando su adopción por parte de la industria.
