The Gérontopôle Nouvelle-Aquitaine and the Bordeaux University Hospital are organising a day to explore the journey of patients in palliative care, highlighting the digital innovations developed in France, Spain and Portugal.
This event, as part of the European project HENKO NET, is aimed at health professionals, volunteers and caregivers. The objective is to explore the patient’s journey through the practices and challenges encountered in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Portugal and Spain. This day will provide an opportunity to discover innovative digital tools to improve the coordination of care, anticipate needs and facilitate home monitoring, particularly in rural areas. It will also be a time for exchanges and sharing of experiences.
The morning will analyse the patient’s journey with testimonies from the three countries. The afternoon will be dedicated to digital tools, their potential and their integration into professional practices.
