The GDI-SAM (Geographic Data Infrastructure – SAM) is being piloted through a web service accessible to users in healthcare consultations across 11 centers in 8 focus areas (both rural and urban). It is being piloted in 3 socio-health contexts (target value 3): 6 primary care centers, 4 social services/living labs, and 1 specialized private clinic.
This pilot tests SAM’s functionality in social prescribing to ensure equal access to healthcare and the resilience of systems through community health and assets.
