Signaling of health assets in the pilot deployment territories.

Summary

Description

This initiative is part of the SAM pilot program, being rolled out across eight key areas in the SUDOE territory. It involves the physical signage of mapped assets from the GDI-SAM (Geographic Data Infrastructure – SAM) within these areas, bringing SAM closer to the local-regional community.

This effort is designed for long-term sustainability beyond the project’s completion, serving as a continuous promotion of health in local communities, particularly in the more aged rural areas. It is anticipated that the implementation will require adaptations based on the type of territory (e.g., urban vs. rural settings).
