COLEOPTER develops an integrated approach of energy renovation of public buildings, linking technical, social and economic challenges. The project aims at leading a territorial dialogue with the local stakeholders to jointly build a renovation working plan to renovate a public building at implement a participative approach on energy efficiency, including local actors, which leads to a major energy policies’ efficiency and better renovation levels, at both public and private levels.
