The ThermEcoWat project was presented by Marion Roussel, project coordinator during the seminar between the two selection phases of the second call for projects of the Interreg Sudoe Programme.
The second Call for Projects
The second phase will close on January 10, 2025. The Monitoring Committee met in Madrid on 16 October 2024 and decided that 85 of the 203 applications were allowed to proceed to the second phase.
A face-to-face seminar was organised between the two phases in Santander on 12 and 13 November
Project leaders were invited to a seminar organized by the program authorities to guide the preparation of their applications.
During this event, the ThermEcoWat and Cultur-Monts projects were presented as examples of good practice in the preparation of the 2nd call for projects of the Interreg Sudoe Programme.
Marion Roussel, coordinator of the ThermEcoWat project, had the opportunity to collaborate in this exchange with Cultur-Monts Sudoe, to expose the essential and crucial preparation methods for a successful transition between phase 1 and phase 2. She detailed the organisation of the work between the different partners, and addressed the structural, technical and communication dimensions. In addition, Marion Roussel shared the best practices identified between the first and second phases, while highlighting the mistakes to avoid in order to better guide candidates.
Many thanks to the Interreg Sudoe Programme for the invitation!
