Publication of the official texts in the three languages and of the application documents
eSudoe access
The eSudoe application will be available from 8 June, allowing project promoters to start completing the application form. In the meantime, the form template is available in Word format.
Launch webinars
The Programme Authorities are organising two webinars for the calls. These sessions will feature simultaneous interpretation into Spanish, French and Portuguese. Registration forms are now available on the website.
Meetings between promoters and programme authorities
Project promoters may arrange a meeting with the Programme Authorities (by prior appointment) to present their application and get their feedback. Such a meeting will be granted upon submission of certain sections of the completed application forms. Further details are set out in the text of the calls for proposals.
Closure of application
Applications must be submitted by 14:00:00 (CET) in the language of the lead beneficiary. Translated versions in the other two languages must be submitted one week later.
