Implementation of good business practices for products from extensive livestock farming.

Pilot project comprising two actions:

1. Provision to livestock farmers of an innovative tool for calculating prices and margins for extensive livestock products.
2. Implementation in each of the three countries of two short-supply-chain distribution schemes (six in total), the analysis of which will enable the establishment of common best practices across the SUDOE region.

SOLUTION 3. A guide to best practice in the marketing of extensive livestock products from SUDOE protected natural areas via short supply chains.
