Next Friday, May 8, 2026, the I-ReWater project is organizing the awareness-raising event “Use of Water Produced by WWTPs for Its Reuse in Agriculture” in La Grajera (Logroño, La Rioja), a meeting focused on the potential of reclaimed water for more sustainable irrigation.
The session will address the current situation of reclaimed water use in agriculture, the results of the La Grajera pilot project, its agronomic impact, and the relationship between irrigation with reclaimed water and grape quality. The event will also include a visit to the La Grajera WWTP and the experimental vineyard.
