SOLLAGUA Nexus is an open, multilingual digital matchmaking and networking platform aimed at stakeholders involved in the water cycle, particularly in areas such as water reuse, sustainable water resource management and nature-based solutions.

The European SOLLAGUA project launches SOLLAGUA Nexus, a new digital platform designed to foster connections, the exchange of capabilities and the creation of collaboration opportunities among stakeholders involved in sustainable water management across the SUDOE area. The platform forms part of Deliverable 3.3.1 and is available in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
SOLLAGUA Nexus is particularly aimed at facilitating contact between companies and technology providers, public authorities, research centres and universities, water management organisations, environmental organisations, end users interested in water reuse solutions and other stakeholders linked to the SOLLAGUA project.
Its aim is to connect existing needs and capabilities across the territory, fostering new collaborations between regions, sectors and organisations.

One of the main features of SOLLAGUA Nexus is its Demand and Offer system, designed to facilitate matchmaking between registered users.
Through the Demands section, organisations can publish specific needs related to reclaimed water reuse, sustainable water management, nature-based solutions or other related areas. Once validated, these Demands become visible to other users, who can submit Offers in response.
The Offers section allows companies, organisations and professionals to showcase their capabilities, services, technologies, expertise or available solutions, either in response to a specific Demand or to highlight their knowledge and added value. Users can communicate directly through the internal chat available in their profiles, exchange further information, clarify any questions and explore potential avenues for collaboration.
Much more than matchmaking
In addition to connecting needs and solutions, SOLLAGUA Nexus is designed as a space for networking and community-building among stakeholders in the water ecosystem in Spain, France and Portugal. The platform aims to foster new relationships between organisations from different territories and sectors, encourage knowledge exchange and keep the connections created around the project active beyond individual collaborations.
The platform also includes a Forum for exchanging knowledge, asking questions, sharing information and starting open conversations with other members of the community. It also features a News and technical publications section bringing together news, studies, reports, deliverables and other results generated during the development of SOLLAGUA, helping to share and showcase the knowledge generated by the European research project.
