Pilot trial of the An-Gel Sudoe project aimed at assessing spring frost mitigation techniques in apple orchards and vineyards. The HITTS Project has produced “A Common Story of the SUDOE Territory”, a transnational narrative that brings together the shared values, landscapes and memories of the region. Based on fieldwork and local testimonies, the document identifies common elements such as the role of water, agricultural traditions, cultural landscapes and community life.
It serves as a strategic tool to strengthen SUDOE’s identity, promote sustainable tourism and provide a cohesive vision of the territory, while highlighting shared challenges related to heritage, social cohesion and climate adaptation.
