List of drugs for repositioning.

The RePo-SUDOE project works to identify new therapeutic applications for existing drugs, enabling a more agile response to unmet medical needs.

To facilitate the transfer of these findings to the clinical and productive environment, two key open-access scientific resources have been published:

• List of drugs of special interest: A curated selection of drugs with high repositioning potential, identified through the project’s comprehensive analysis.
• List of molecular structures of special interest (PDB): A collection of three-dimensional protein structures identified as strategic targets, essential for the design of new candidates.

Both resources are available for consultation and download in the Zenodo repository and through the project’s virtual research environment (RePo-SUDOE VRE).
