Working Group 1 (GT1) will enable a pragmatic territorial evaluation of elderly patients in neurosurgery departments, identifying areas for improvement. This approach will lead to the development of a common strategy for implementing the care pathway. The shared diagnosis resulting from this evaluation will serve as the basis for establishing a dialogue to compare perspectives, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, and consolidate trust among professionals.
