This defines different levels of adoption: from complete replication of the Living Lab to specific strategic alliances, formalized through Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and technology transfer agreements.
The second phase focuses on personalized mentorship and training, providing specific training based on the adoption level and utilizing real use cases to facilitate understanding and application of technological solutions, complemented by guides and support materials.
Finally, in the third phase, active support for implementation is provided, offering individualized consulting and dedicated technical support, while collecting feedback to improve future strategies and ensure the sustainability of the developed solutions.
