Nuevo documento SAM: diarios de campo

Summary

Description

SAM shares a public-friendly version of its field diaries, focused on the territorial and community validation of health assets in the pilot areas.

The document gathers observations from territories in Spain, Portugal and France, showing that health assets are not only formal facilities. They are also everyday routes, parks, libraries, squares, social centres, associations, community networks and places where people meet.

One key idea runs through the whole work: for a resource to be useful in social prescribing, it is not enough for it to exist. It must also be visible, accessible, known and connected to people’s daily lives.

This work helps SAM move towards recommendations that are better adapted to the lived territory, the community and the real needs of the population.
