Based on the preliminary documents developed in WG1, a transnational strategy for promoting RuralSilverHubs will be available for adoption and implementation, along with a common “Action Plan” to be developed homogeneously across the SUDOE territory in the so-called “Social and Digital Innovation Laboratories in sparsely populated rural areas (RS-Labs).”
This approach will enable future work across the entire SUDOE territory using a common protocol, strengthening network collaboration and feedback among territories, and preventing each territory from defining its own models that are only valid in very limited areas. If everyone speaks the same language and has common procedures, networking, capitalization, and the exploitation of results in other territories will be easier, maximizing the limited resources typically available for developing social policies.
