Concilia2 is a social consultancy based in Albacete (Spain) specialized in social innovation, social inclusion, equality, active ageing, employment, and rural development. We support public authorities, social economy organizations, NGOs, and private entities in the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of social projects and public policies. Our work focuses on generating sustainable social impact through participatory methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based approaches.
Our team has experience in project development, impact assessment, training, social research, and community participation. We are currently involved in a European project under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme, which is strengthening our capacity for international cooperation and project management. We are interested in joining transnational cooperation projects within the SUDOE area, particularly in the fields of active ageing, social innovation, social economy, social inclusion, gender equality, work-life balance, and territorial cohesion. While this would be our first Interreg experience, we are committed to contributing actively to consortium work and bringing expertise in social innovation and stakeholder engagement. We work fluently in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese, facilitating collaboration among partners and stakeholders from different countries
