To assist you in this process, the Joint Secretariat is organising a webinar to explain the steps to follow to complete your application efficiently and without hindrance. This webinar will take place on 8 and 9 September at the following times (mainland Spain time):
- 8 September, 10:00–12:00: webinar in French | registration
- 8 September, 15:30–17:30: webinar in Portuguese | registration
- 9 September, 10:00–12:00: webinar in Spanish | registration
This session will also be an opportunity to answer your questions and share best practices observed during previous calls for projects.

Log in to eSudoe and browse the application form before the webinar.
To prepare for this session, we recommend that you create your login credentials in eSudoe and start browsing the application so that you can submit your specific questions to us.
You can also consult the webinars held during previous calls for projects, as the procedures for accessing eSudoe and navigating the application form are similar.
In order to avoid any technical issues or last-minute difficulties, we strongly recommend that you complete and validate your application several days before the deadline.
