Following the postponement of the submission deadline for structural project applications, as approved by the Monitoring Committee in July, a new week of meetings is being organised between project lead partners, the programme’s national authorities, and the joint secretariat.
These discussions represent an excellent opportunity to present your project, verify its alignment with the programme’s requirements, and receive initial feedback before submitting your application.
The meeting request form is available here.
Before requesting a meeting, please note the following points:
Requests must be submitted by the entities that will be project beneficiaries. Consultancy firms may assist with the preparation of applications, but their participation in the meetings is not permitted.
The meeting request must include the following sections of the application form:
-
- Part B.1: Project approach
- Part B.2.1: Common territorial challenges addressed by the project
- Part B.2.2: Proven solutions and capitalisation approach
- Part B.3.1: Partnership description
- Part B.4.1: Project intervention area
- Part C.1: Motivation and contribution of beneficiaries
Documents may be submitted in Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
Any incomplete requests will not be considered.
If the proposal submitted does not correspond to the expected characteristics of a structural project, the joint secretariat reserves the right not to grant an interview, providing the reasons for this decision.
Request deadline
Meeting requests will be accepted until 18 September.
After this date, and given the number of meetings already scheduled as well as the availability of the national authorities and the joint secretariat, some requests may not be accommodated.
Do not wait until the last few days to make your request.
We look forward to these upcoming discussions to help you prepare your future projects!
