This video showcases the work of the ECOSPHEREWINES project in the experimental area of Gaillac (France), one of the oldest appellations in the SUDOE region, where tradition and innovation go hand in hand.
The aim is to demonstrate that green infrastructures (flowering cover crops, hedgerows, stone walls, water points, among others) are not just landscape features, but active allies of the vineyard that regulate the climate, support biodiversity and store carbon.
