On Friday, 18 September 2026, the Faculty of Veterinary Science of the University of Zaragoza (C. de Miguel Servet, 177, 50013 Zaragoza – Assembly Hall) will host the workshop “Making the Most of Agri-food By-products”, organised under the NEWPOWER and OLIWA projects (Interreg Sudoe and PRIMA, co-funded by the European Union).
The event, aimed mainly at companies, the productive sector and technology transfer agents, will bring together researchers and industry representatives to discuss innovation in extraction processes and the valorisation of agro-industrial, agroforestry and olive by-products.
