I-ReWater analiza el estado actual de los recursos hídricos en el espacio SUDOE, prestando especial atención al uso de aguas regeneradas en la agricultura de regadío, y sus efectos sobre la producción y calidad de los cultivos, fomentando la resiliencia y seguridad hídrica.
El proyecto RePo-SUDOE busca destacarse en el área de “drug repurposing” en el espacio SUDOE. Su enfoque en reutilizar medicamentos existentes para nuevas terapias pretende abordar las altas tasas de fracasos, costos y morosidad en el desarrollo de nuevos medicamentos. A través de la colaboración multidisciplinaria y el desarrollo de tecnologías innovadoras, RePo-SUDOE aspira a elevar el nivel de investigación y desarrollo en la región con un objetivo clave: desarrollar y difundir tecnologías para drug repurposing con el objetivo de aumentar la competitividad del espacio SUDOE en esta área de I+D, impulsando la industria biofarmacéutica y captando recursos humanos capacitados.
