FRUCTHOR-IA (code S2/1.1/E0170) is an initiative co-financed through the Interreg SUDOE Programme, with the main objective of optimizing the competitiveness of the fruit and vegetable sector in the SUDOE area through the development of autonomous robotics solutions.
Going beyond the digital transition, it focuses on analyzing the sector’s automation needs and developing 2 types of solutions: a) robotics for crop monitoring; b) robotics for human-robot collaborative work.
The project has a duration of 36 months and boasts a diversified partnership of 10 beneficiaries from Spain, France, and Portugal.
