The activity, held as part of Service 14 of the acceleration programme, took place at partner CTA’s offices in Seville under the title «SCAIRA B2B and B2F networking: start-ups, industry and investment».
On 1 October, the European SCAIRA project held a new event at CTA’s offices in Seville, bringing together entrepreneurship, investment and industry. Entitled “SCAIRA B2B and B2F networking: start-ups, industry and investment”, the event formed part of Service 14 of the acceleration programme promoted by the consortium.

The activity organised by the Spanish partner brought together beneficiary start-ups, investors and specialists to create valuable connections and provide participating projects with direct guidance on some of the main challenges they face during their growth stages.
This time, the participants were technology companies linked to the aeronautics and automotive sectors, selected in SCAIRA’s third and final call. Following the opening session, five of the nine start-ups selected in this round — Alessandro Innocenti and Luis Segovia (Digital Shape Engineering), Daniel Remón (Enrev), António Coelho (NextIHub), Abdennacer Bengueddoudj (Alyzai) and Javier Urrios (Hisperion Aerospace) — presented their solutions and business models to the experts in attendance. The presentations showcased proposals from a range of technology fields while also enabling an initial exchange of recommendations on funding, scaling, solution validation and business development.
Impact investing under discussion
The agenda included the round table “Impact Investing: Business Angels in Europe”, featuring Jerónimo Béjar (EONIQ Fund), Marta Escobar (AXON Partners Group), Juan Carlos Bugallo (Startups.st) and Alexandre Grandremy (Planet Impact Advisory).
During the discussion, the speakers shared their views on the factors investors consider when assessing start-ups and innovative projects, the trends attracting the greatest interest in the European market and some of the aspects that can help emerging companies approach their fundraising processes more effectively.
One-to-one advice for start-ups
Following the round table, the event continued with a speed mentoring session. This format enabled entrepreneurs to hold one-to-one meetings with the experts and raise specific questions relating to their projects. The meetings provided a more personalised setting in which to compare strategies, analyse specific needs and identify potential opportunities for growth, collaboration or access to investment.

The programme concluded with a networking reception, where start-ups, investors and other representatives of the ecosystem were able to continue the conversations started during the event in a more relaxed setting.
SCAIRA, co-funded by the Interreg Sudoe programme, aims to foster the creation and acceleration of technology companies linked to the aerospace and automotive sectors in France, Portugal and Spain. With this latest activity, the project is entering its final stage, ahead of its scheduled completion on 31 December 2026.
