Soil&WineResidues presents its new project brochure

Folleto-informativo-2026

Soil&WineResidues has launched a new informative brochure providing a clear and visual overview of the project and its work towards a more sustainable and circular viticulture sector.

This new resource provides information on the project’s objectives, the partners that make up the consortium and the main research lines being developed across Spain, Portugal and France.

The brochure also introduces Soil&WineResidues’ two pilot actions, TERRAVITIS and ECOLAB, focused on studying and improving vineyard soil health and quality and on the valorisation of residues generated during grape growing and winemaking.

It also provides information on the project’s three experimental regions — O Salnés (Spain), Beja (Portugal) and Gaillac (France) —, as well as the main challenges addressed by Soil&WineResidues and the solutions being developed to contribute to a more sustainable, resilient and resource-efficient viticulture sector.

The brochure is available for download in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, making information about the project accessible across the different territories of the SUDOE area.
